Kitchee confirmed for final

HONG KONG - Auckland City FC will play host club Kitchee SC in the final of the Nike Lunar New Year Cup on Tuesday night after the Hong Kong side defeated Thailand champions SCG Muanthong United on penalties on Saturday.
Having watched the Navy Blues upset FC Seoul 1-0 in the early kick off at Hong Kon International Stadium, Kitchee fought back from a goal down at half time to draw level with Muangthong to force a shootout which they duly won 6-5.
The final of the Nike Lunar New Year Cup between Auckland City FC and Kitchee SC will kick off 5.30pm local time (10.30pm NZDT) on Tuesday 31 January.
