AUCKLAND, New Zealand - Auckland City FC are determined to make it four wins from as many games when they face the Hamilton Wanderers in Saturday’s Round 4 Northern League clash at Porritt Stadium.

The Navy Blues had an ideal start to their Northern League title defence with three wins on the trot to sit at the top of the competition table with maximum nine points.

And Albert Riera’s men insist they are fully focussed on their next challenge in Hamilton.

The Wanderers are still searching for their first win of the season following two defeats and draw so far.

Defender Michael Den Heijer says the Navy Blues  are confident and looking forward to their trip to the Waikato but won’t take anything for granted.

“Yeah 5:30pm kick-off, it’s gonna be nice, the ground should be beautiful as it always is at Porritt, so the boys are definitely looking forward to the away trip and it should be a tough match what is always a tough game.”

Meanwhile, the Valerio Raccuglia - coached U23 side will face their Wanderers counterparts also on Saturday at Porritt Stadium with kick-off scheduled for 3pm.
