New Zealand Futsal international and Navy Blues attacker Dylan Manickum takes you through his Friday Futsal Skill School.
In this fifth video, Dylan shows you how to receive and face forward with the sole of the foot.
Step 1: Pass the ball against the wall or person
Step 2: Stop the ball by placing your sole on top
Step 3: Reposition your body so you are facing forward
This should give us instant control of the ball and put us in a position to be creative with the ball.
