FUN: The first step on the pathway is the Grassroots program which is for children aged 7-8 years. The focus is on discovering basic football skills in a fun and enjoyable way where children are encouraged to get comfortable with the ball at their feet.
LEARN: An important stage for a junior player is their development through the ages of 9-12 years. This is the ‘golden age’ of learning and the optimal time to focus skill development. The Academy offers children a range of structured training programs for football and futsal that places an emphasis on learning individual attacking and defending skills within the context of the game.
DEVELOP: Players who have progressed through our junior programs and aspire to play at a higher level can do so though our Development Teams. These teams compete in the premier youth grades at U13 to U17 level and the focus shifts form individual skill development to being part of a team environment working towards achieving tactical outcomes.
