DOHA, Qatar - The Oceania FIFA World Cup Qualifiers continued with 11 current and former City heroes all part of the story in Qatar.
New Zealand grabbed a convincing 4-0 win over Fiji with Chris Wood making history as the nation's top goal scorer in men's international football but while the Newcastle United striker was rewriting the record books, there was plenty going on for Navy Blues fans.
Two ex-Kiwitea Street heroes starred as Clayton Lewis scored his first senior international goal while goalkeeper Ollie Sail made his second consecutive appearance after his debut in the win over Papua New Guinea.
Elijah Just scored New Zealand's other goal.
Logan Rogerson and Nikko Boxall entered the game as second half substitutes while current Auckland City FC midfielder and skipper Cam Howieson sat on the bench next to Callum McCowatt and Dalton Wilkins.
Fiji skipper and former Navy Blues FIFA Club World Cup hero, Roy Krishna, led his team on a tough night at the Suhaim Bin Hamad Stadium.
