Pre-season friendly games canned
AUCKLAND, New Zealand - Auckland City FC wishes to advise its scheduled pre-season friendlies against East Coast Bays and Albany United AFC have both been cancelled.
Albert Riera's first team were set to face East Coast Bays tomorrow at Croatian Cultural Centre in Te Atatu.
The club's U-23 team, coached by Kris Bright, has also cancelled its friendly with Albany United FC at Auckland Grammar.
Both fixtures were cancelled due to the effects of Covid-19 on the availability of players.
