Navy Blues Values
Auckland City FC is for people who want to support a football club that strives for excellence in New Zealand and in Oceania, is proud of its history, supportive of its local community and is a club for everyone who believes in football as a medium for healthy pleasure, entertainment and social integration.

The Navy Blues have always been and always will simply aim to be the team for all people, regardless of gender, age, religion, race or ability.

Our Community work delivers programmes for people of all ages across the Oceania region, currently our programmes reach approximately at least one pacific nation and locally each year.

The aim of our social responsibility programme is to improve the health and deliver something back to the football community within Oceania.

Since 2004, Auckland City FC has made charitable contributions of football kit and equipment to schools and communities in South Auckland, Fiji, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.

Each summer Auckland City FC sends community coaches into different schools and clubs throughout the Auckland region to help develop the sport at grassroots and youth level.

The Butterfly Trust
Auckland City FC have also joined forces with the Butterfly Trust to support education and health development projects in Vanuatu.

The Butterfly Trust is run by husband and wife team of David and Lynn Colbert with the aim to help communities in developing countries around the world.

Some of the projects the Butterfly Trust is working on include raising money for school fees, building a library, putting in lights in classrooms, vocational training in building and electrical work, and organising doctors to provide training to local nurses.
